Affordable Federal Services, LLC, is a Design/Build, Federal construction company focused on the immediate needs and project requirements of our Federal government clients. The AFS team is proud to provide consistent, optimum performance, “best-dollar-value,” technically acceptable expertise,
on-time construction scheduling, and completing our projects within budget. Our primary objective is to deliver core compliance and capabilities providing sustainability in Federal Design Construction for our Federal Clients.
Our extensive experience in construction, and our core competencies and capabilities provide sustainability in Federal Design/Build construction projects. Additionally, AFS practices “green” or environmentally sustainable building practices. AFS provides diverse services in construction and we specialize in federal, municipal and commercial projects.

AFS is a fully licensed general contractor. We maintain unlimited amounts under the umbrella of Affordable Concepts, Inc., Nevada license numbers 23287B and #57821AB. AFS responds to formal bids and proposals. In addition, AFS practices “green” or sustainable building construction.
