ROBERT W. POTTER, LEED AP - President and CEO
Potter returned to Las Vegas in 1985 to join his father, Sammie Potter, and form Affordable Concepts, Inc. Since then, Potter has been the driving force behind the success at ACI and making the company one of Nevada’s leading commercial construction contractor companies, billing almost $60 million annually and employing some of Nevada’s most sought after construction contractors, designers, and project managers. Active in many community organizations, Potter is Past President of Associated General Contractors (AGC) and has served on the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee since 1997. He was recently appointed City of Las Vegas’ Building and Enterprise Fund Advisory Committee. He has served on the Nevada State Public Works Board. He is a member of the Clark County Board of Appeals, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); Trustee level of the Nevada Development Authority (NDA); Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); American Institute of Architects (AIA); and the Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas Chambers of Commerce and served as Chairman of the Las Vegas Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).
His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and Juris Doctorate from UNLV Boyd School of Law. Potter is also a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors since 1985. In 2009, he earned his LEED AP accreditation.
BOB PALOCHIK - Vice President/Project Manager
ACI was fortunate to recruit Palochik in 1995 from another Las Vegas general contractor. He brings more than 30 years of construction project management experience to ACI, along with leadership skills, a team-oriented positive attitude, and solid task management abilities. As Vice President, Palochick actively participates in AGC’s Public Works Committee and is a vital component of the ACI team.
